I manage the comprehensive social media presence for Shramabhimani Kendraya, a people-centered NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized communities and promoting human rights, labor dignity, and sustainable development in Sri Lanka. The goal is to enhance the NGO’s digital footprint, engage supporters, and raise awareness on key social issues.

🧩 Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Developing and curating engaging posts, including stories, infographics, and videos related to workers’ rights, community projects, and advocacy campaigns

  • Platform Management: Overseeing multiple social channels including Facebook (page and groups), WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and YouTube to reach diverse audiences

  • Community Engagement: Facilitating dialogue and interaction among workers, stakeholders, and the public through social media campaigns and live events

  • Campaign Planning: Organizing online campaigns aligned with key dates and organizational goals such as labor day, election awareness, and environmental initiatives

  • Growth & Analytics: Monitoring audience growth, post engagement, and feedback to continuously refine content and outreach strategies

  • Multimedia Production: Coordinating video documentation projects to visually communicate the organization’s mission and success stories
